Principal Welcome

Welcome to Morningside Elementary School

My name is Heather Goodman and I am honored to be the principal at Morningside Elementary.  At MES we exist to help students love learning, develop essential life skills, and become productive members of our community.  As the principal, I am blessed to work with each student by visiting classrooms daily. 

Our students are engaged in challenging and interactive activities throughout the day which helps us achieve our vision of each student demonstrating at least one grade level of growth in reading and math each year.  Most importantly, our students know that they are important and loved as an individual.

We are proud to have a school where our students demonstrate being respectful, responsible, cooperative, and their best each and every day!
